If for any reason your order did not arrive within 14-35 business days from the purchase date due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays. Please contact us at support@snappyprintz.com and we will resolve your issue right away. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We will process and ship your order the same day or within 1-5 business days. Shipping time will vary based on your location, as we can't control the speed. The arrival time is between 5-35 business days. If for any reason you did not receive your order within 35 days please contact us support@snappyprintz.com

Which days do you ship?

Our warehouse ships orders from Monday - Friday excluding weekends and holidays. 

Where do you ship from?

We print most of our products in the U.S.A. and multiple fulfillment centers if you ordered multiple items please note that they may arrive separately.

How do I check my tracking number?

Once you have made your purchase please allow 1-5 business days for processing and you can track your order on the track page.

I Didn't Receive My Tracking Number

If you have not received your tracking number please request it by emailing us at support@snappyprintz.com

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

Wrong address or variant.

If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us at support@snappyprintz.com  as soon as possible. We can't guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed immediately after the purchase.

What's your return policy?

We want to keep our customers satisfied. Although all sales are final, if for any reason the product is not as described or damaged during shipping, we will fully exchange it or refund your product. The shipping return will be at your own cost. Email us at support@snappyprintz.com for any questions or concerns.

Do your Products Come With A Warranty.

We have a 60 day from day of purchase refund policy, If your product arrived damaged or simply does not work please let us know and we will either exchange it or refund you.
